LIVESTREAMING

For this event, we have obtained quotes for all expected expenses, and the current budget shows a forecast loss of $31,000 before additional costs such as livestreaming (estimated at a further $33,000). Due to this significant shortfall, we have had to increase entry fees to help offset the deficit. We are also seeking funding support to enable the event to reach a breakeven position.

We have made the decision to prioritise athlete, commissaire and spectator safety ahead of livestreaming. We would love to provide livestreaming but ultimately it would result in substantive event entry increases.
