Mental Health & Wellbeing
NEW- Online Mental Health Module
This module is designed to support riders, coaches, parents, and support staff to understand, recognise, and respond to mental health challenges. Through relatable scenarios, short quizzes, and interactive activities, you’ll explore common stressors, learn the signs that someone may be struggling, and discover practical ways to promote wellbeing and create a supportive cycling environment.
This module empowers everyone in the Cycling NZ community to play their part in fostering a culture where mental health is valued, protected, and supported on and off the bike.
Cycling New Zealand is dedicated to providing the tools, support and environment that enables individuals and the collective to experience a positive state of wellbeing and thrive.
