UPDATE - 4 April 2025

As more information was shared and our understanding of the new MTB World Series (World Cup) events improved, CNZ and MTBNZ recognized the negative impact restricted entries to these events will have on our rider’s seeking selection to the 2025 UCI MTB World Championships.

As a result, the following Addendums 3, 3A and 3B have been approved and published. These Addendums outline tertiary selection criteria which will be applied to selections after the already published primary and secondary criteria have been applied, should there be remaining quota available.
