Following today’s Government announcement that the whole of New Zealand will be moving to the COVID-19 Protection Framework red setting at 11.59pm tonight, the team at Cycling New Zealand are currently reviewing the situation and what it means for its upcoming 2022 National events (specifically Elite Roads, MTB Nationals, Masters Track Nationals, Track Nationals and Age Group Roads).

We will be working with our host venues and councils and re-reviewing the government guidelines on how we can help keep everyone safe. We acknowledge that many of you will have a strong desire to continue racing but we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through each event.

We will provide an update as soon as possible.
