· Are you a proven High-Performance Coach that can lead the New Zealand Sprint team to Paris in 2024?

· Have you had the experience of high-pressure events where keeping a level head is a must?

· Do you have the sprint tactical and technical knowledge and ability to transfer this to high performance athletes?

We are currently taking expressions of interest for a fixed-term, full time position that will take the team through to Paris Olympics 2024. This lead position will work with our current sprint group, both men’s and women’s individual, and women’s team.

The Strength & Conditioning, Physiology, Physiotherapy and Development Coach work as a tight knit team so this person will need to fit the group dynamic as well as have the technical knowledge and tactical race-day acumen.

Working with the Operations and Logistics team, you will guide the planning of camps and campaigns along with the Lead Men’s Endurance Coach and the Lead Women’s Endurance Coach. The High-Performance team work in collaboration rather than a silo approach between disciplines.
